Justin and I started dating three years ago after his sister Jodi played matchmaker. We are the same age and from neighboring towns but our paths never really crossed until the timing was right. We joke we probably wouldn't have even liked each other in high school! Justin proposed at his 30th birthday party I planned for him. He shocked me. I honestly had no clue! It was the best surprise! My dream for our wedding was our closest family and friends all on vacation together in our favorite place - the mountains! Colorado was the perfect fit. After exploring around the state, we picked a spot overlooking Lake Dillon in Dillon, CO. It was a dream come true with many happy tears! We are so blessed!

I chose to look for a dress at Vayda Jane Bridal because I love to shop local and they also offered the designer brands I liked. Shelby is just lovely. She asked the right questions, is so down to earth and personable, and really made me feel special.
