Brandon and I started dating in February 2019 after many months of encouragement and matchmaking from our friends. Two years of dating flew by, filled with trips to Nashville and New Orleans, camping at the lake, and game nights with friends. In the days leading up to the proposal, I'll never forget him telling me he wanted to wait a few more years to get married. Little did I know he would propose 3 days later on July 24, 2021. The proposal was spontaneous and perfect. Just a typical Saturday night of watching movies at home and eating Mexican food. We got married December 11th, 2021 and it couldn't have been more perfect!
I had been following wedding pages on facebook and instagram for years and stumbled upon Vayda Jane's facebook page after a friend bought her dress there. Honestly, the yes wall was what drew me in! I showed up to the store with the plan to just look at dresses but not buy anything. Shelby and Macie were so incredibly nice and even stayed late as I tried on dress after dress. I ended up finding "the dress" that night but wanted to bring my bridesmaids back for my big reveal. The ladies at Vayda Jane were always so friendly and willing to stay late to accommodate my crazy life. I'm so thankful that I got to shop local and find my dream dress and veil at Vayda Jane❤"
