Brent and I started out as friends and after 6 months of him pursuing more than a friendship, I realized I felt the same way. He was just so different from the rest. Genuine and persistent :)
For the proposal he surprised me with an elaborate trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Park in Jackson Hole Wyoming, which he planned entirely by himself. We hiked to Hidden Falls Waterfall in Grand Tetons and after him fidgeting with the back pack I was carrying (which he made me carry & my ring was apparently in the whole time) got down on one knee and asked the question.
We had the perfect weather for an outdoor wedding! Sunny with a breeze. Beautiful venue (the Silo Hopkinsville, KY) and 9 different flavors of cupcakes 😋😂!! Loved being able to share it with our family & friends!
Shelby made it a wonderful experience trying on dresses! I was so nervous and she just kept talking and making me feel so comfortable. She found the perfect dress by Morilee. Full of detail, yet fit like a glove."
