My husband and I met in college, working together at Home Depot. There’s so many things I love about him, but I feel like I knew he was the one” when he fit in perfectly with my family the first time I brought him home.
He told me for months he would never propose on a holiday because it was “too cheesy” - little did I know he was trying to throw me off. On Christmas morning he blind-sided me when I was least expecting it! It was privately outside of my parents house as soon as we arrived that morning, so it was so fun to walk inside right after and surprise them with the news!
Our wedding was perfect. It was all outdoors and there was a huge chance of rain all week until I woke up that morning and the rain was taken off the forecast. I couldnt have been more lucky! We had a taco bar for dinner that was a huge hit and a perfect DJ.
