My fiancé and I met back when we were just 7 years old, we met at a park in his hometown. My stepmom and his mom were friends and introduced us! Our crush on each other stuck with us until my sophomore and Dalton’s freshman year of high school when we reached out to each other and officially started dating! Now, at 22 years old, we are happily married with a full life ahead of us!
I knew he was the one when I never stopped having a crush on that boy, I knew we came back to each other for a reason!
Dalton was new to the military and he thought it would be fun for us to have a photo shoot in his military uniform, that is when he got down on one knee. Our engagement was captured perfectly and all of the emotions are so fun to look back at through the pictures! It is so special to us that my aunt was the one to capture that special moment for us!
Our wedding day was so much more than we could have ever imagined! We were surrounded by all of the people we love most and celebrated at the most beautiful venue! We did not do a first look so the first time we saw each other that day was at the alter! I am so glad we stuck to our promises of not seeing each other before the ceremony… I will never forget Dalton’s reaction!
My dress fit like a glove, the weather was beautiful, the food was AMAZING, and the people there to celebrate made the whole day such a dream."
