We were visiting my brother in Washington with my parents in June of 2021. We were hiking at Mount Rainier National Park. My dad pointed something out up on the mountain and when I turned around Parker was down on one knee. I was truly shocked. It was the most perfect proposal I could ask for. We had the most perfect fall day I could imagine for our wedding. I cried like a baby walking down the aisle. We spent the day surrounded by our favorite people.
