He took me to dinner at Firefly Grill for my birthday, and was so nervous that he didn’t even touch his food. The plan was to go back to his parents house after so I could “open my gift”. He called home to make sure they didn’t need anything from town before we came, which I later found out was code to make sure everything was ready for our arrival. We walked around to back porch, where he had the lights low and the music playing and got down on one knee!
Our wedding day really was the best day! It went by so fast but our hearts were SO full afterwards. I truly wish I could relive the day over and over again!”
