On Saturday March 20th, 2022 Shawn had planned to keep me distracted, so that he could go make sure all the final touches were done on my engagement ring. Once it was perfect he came to pick me up and we went to our friends house. We walked down a beautiful walkway and he got down on one knee. I said yes right away and then laughed because he just kept holding onto the engagement ring. I said “Are you just going to keep holding it or put it on my finger?” And he said “I’m so nervous, I’ve never done this before, I don’t know what to do.”
Our wedding day was everything that I had dreamed of and more. My favorite part of the evening was when everyone was on the dance floor having a great time.
