At the time my husband lived with his boss and boss’ girlfriend. The girlfriend was my coworker. After graduating art school, I didn’t have a place to paint so my coworker said I could use her spare room- just don’t mind their roommate. Long story short- we ended up hitting it off almost immediately.
My wedding day was a bit chaotic- my husband and I managed to get a stomach bug 2 days before. He got his whole family sick. His mom was the one doing our flowers and cake and she couldn’t do the cake. (His aunt did) His mom and I had to miss the rehearsal dinner because of nausea. All in all- it was a great day! I also walked down the aisle to thunder on the top of a mountain in Tennessee! At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is the person you are promising to build a life with.”
