We met at an area church meeting. We talked in a group then met again the following Sunday. We continued to talk and hit it off. After our first serious conversation, I left feeling like I had possibly met The One". Our first date (which was 8 hours!) confirmed the feeling.
He took me to the Chicago Art Museum. He knew my favorite exhibit was the Classical Greece and Rome area. He prepared this whole speech, it was so beautiful and touching.
Our wedding day was fantastic. We got married for all eternity in the Indianapolis, Indiana Temple.Then we drove to Mahomet, IL to have a ring ceremony for those who couldn't attend our temple marriage ceremony. Our friends and family were so supportive and kind. We are so appreciative for how well that day went. We will remember it forever!”
