We met through a mutual friend! We survived quarantine, long-distance while I was in college, major career changes for both of us, and buying a house! We were withstanding the challenges faced before us together, and I knew I wanted this type of partnership for the rest of my life!
He proposed at the house he had just bought for us to live in! It was December so he decorated the house in full Christmas decor. It was so special to spend that next Christmas together as a married couple in the same house.
Our wedding day was the day dreams are made out of! We eloped on a beach in Hawaii! We finished the night by going snorkeling with sea turtles! Finally, we watched fireworks over the ocean.“
