We went to school together, starting all the way back to grade school. However we didn’t become best friends until junior high. But didn’t start dating until 5 years ago when we decided to give each other a chance. We didn’t have a big proposal because I don’t like being the center of attention 😂. We were having a movie night with our daughter (the week of my birthday) when he had our daughter bring me a present and while I opened it he got down on one knee and asked if I would marry him when I opened the ring box! Of course I said yes! Our wedding was perfect! The weather was beautiful. We had a small wedding with our close family and friends by our sides. I had my older brother marry us so it made the day even more special! It was a simple sweet ceremony outside followed by the best dances moves for the reception.”
